When pinging unlearnt skill it pings "READY TO USE"

I lost a game today cause I tried to tell my idiot lane ally that I didn't have heal (mcginnis, he would know if he noticed that I used wall and turret already), but instead he just assumed I was griefing him and threw the lane

Oh and I was comms muted so I couldn't type to him

Cause when I pinged my unskilled heal, mcginnis yells "READY TO DROP A HEAL"


Please fix this wtf.

Also please flesh out the ping system, I loved when even in the VERY early stages of dota 2, you could ping timers, skill cd, etc
