When i start any type of match (minis the sandbox) the game not responds

Its heppening everytime i try to start a bot match or matchmaking, the game starts to not responds and If the game comes back they say that they disconected me from the server... Probally can be my specs but i have no Idea (this os heppening after the shiv patch)
