when playing deadlock any video on my 2nd monitor will freeze on whatever frame its on when i tab into deadlock.
the monitor still updates, a twitch chat will still scroll, discord still updates, only video players have this issue and none of the in game settings seem to help.
(ive had this issue since my first day of access so its not from a patch)
