I don't know how else to describe it, or what triggered it, but you can see it in this match: 12491968 at 28:55 or so, I was Pocket, trying to zipline away from a Haze, and my character just zipped along the ground for a few seconds before stopping completely. Had to cancel zip to unstuck.
