weird vertical lines appears on screen glitch

Hi, there is a bug where sometimes in random games this glitch lines appears on screen, it causes massive fps drop and only way to fix the problem is relaunch the game.

here is the example:

Graphic Settings:
-everything's on lowest possible
-FSR2(quality)
-Vulkan
-V-sync enabled
-Native Resulotion

Device info:
GTX 1650 4gb
CPU core i5 11400f
16gb Ram
Windows 10
Nvidia Driver 555.99 desktop

I'm also trying to recreate the problem with DX11 and soon i'll post the results in comments

After 30 matches with Dx11 instead of Vulkan i didn't encountered this issue even once. so it is safe to say this is a bug exclusively on Vulkan.
today I just updated game to 9/12 patch and I hope they addressed the issue.

EDIT: 9/12 patch and still not fixed
