This is probably a strange outcome considering not many people will be in this situation but I play Guitar Hero/Fortnite Festival and so often have an Xbox 360 Wired Guitar controller plugged in. On starting a match with the controller plugged in, the camera will look up and the hero will infinitely shoot. After unplugging the controller, the camera control is returned to the mouse but the infinite shooting continues with no way to stop it without leaving and rejoining a match.
