[Weapon item concept] 'Boomstick'; clear camps faster, peel off enemies and more shmovement!

The idea for this item was to give Heroes with low ammo additional camp clearing power.
The shotgun will serve as a quick way to finish off multiple creeps like 'cold front' but in a weapon category.
It can also be used for peeling off pursuing enemies or movement tech.​

Why is monster rounds a component? Monster rounds is already really solid for a t1, I don't think giving it a slot efficient upgrade would be a very good idea. Just drop the component and percentage npc weapon damage, and give it 2x damage to non-heroes like cold front.

Cold front is an infinitely better farming item, especially since most heroes value a spirit slot a lot less than a weapon slot, while also being a tier 2.

Overall I think this item is quite a solid concept in terms of movement, just dragged down by trying to force it to be an expensive farm item as well.
