Weapon Damage % Change on Improved Burst

IDK why, but +8% improvement on top of the +100% is only +102% (at least it is shown like this)

at the same time, bullet damage increase on the left is (26/21) ~= +23%

I didn't test it properly in the lobby, so IDK if it's only a visual bug.
