I went into the Hideout and spectated a game that was 7 or 8 minutes in, and all of the sudden it kicked me to the spinning deadlock symbol on a gray background. I let it ride for about 5 minutes before I had to force end.
It wasn't frozen, but the symbol just kept on spinning. Pressing Esc just gave me the mouse pointer but no other options.
I re-launched and spectated the same game and I was able to watch for about 60 seconds before it did the same thing again. Tried a DIFFERENT match on relaunch and it bugged out again so it's not a match-specific thing. I set a timer to see how long it would go and I got to about 33 minutes of it still loading before I forced end.
