Warning to All Players: Deadlock’s New Update Is a Complete Disaster.

Guys, have you seen the new Deadlock update? It’s absolutely ridiculous. They’ve completely overhauled everything — and not in a good way.

• The new map graphics are atrocious. Seriously, it looks like they came from a completely different (and worse) game. The visual impact is awful and just confusing.
• They’ve revamped the shop: new icons, new item costs, new layout. Everything has been changed, and now it’s a total mess. You can’t make sense of anything anymore — it’s chaos.
• And cutting item slots from 16 to 12... what kind of genius thought that was a good idea? Managing your build was already challenging, now it’s just frustrating.

The worst part? Months of builds flushed down the drain. All the effort, all the planning — wasted. I’ve got items that used to cost 500 souls now priced at 3400, with their effects totally changed. It’s insane.


Up until now, the biggest issue in Deadlock was the terrible matchmaking (which, let’s be honest, has always sucked). But at least the core gameplay held up. Not anymore.


I don’t know about you, but I’m seriously disappointed. I feel completely let down.
An update like this breaks more than it fixes.


I really hope they listen to the community and roll some of this back before it’s too late.


It only took one game for me to uninstall it.
Goodbye. A real shame — this could’ve been a great game, a great project… but they threw it all in the trash.

item count is slashed but now you can get 12 tier4 gun items, its just insane : D

I kinda welcome this revolution, cant say deadlock was at a stable place with all the cheaters and smurfs, delete everything, recreate anew, who cares.
