Example: You have +95 spirit shield from "Hollow point ward"
It gets depleted and starts the cd. But if you use Willpower that cd will restart, making impossible to be regenerated anytime because you want to use willpower faster than that making it a useless shield if you use your willpower, or being a handicap becuase you cannot use the willpower if you want it regenerated that shield.
