Vyper ultimate does not pertrify target hit for seemingly no reason. Neither the Seven nor the Mirage were petrified.

Did you have ult upgrades maxed?
It seems the ult landed between them and unless you have max ult, it will only slow them unless it's a direct hit.

My crosshair is level with the seven so I'm sure it hadn't hit the floor
