Vyper Stuck Bug

Match ID 62725689 very near the start
Unlocking Vyper's slither using the 3 key during a slide made me unable to get up and stay stuck in the slide animation, unable to move at all. Can't unstick until respawn.

This has been in the game for forever, and I don't understand how they've neglected to fix something which seems to be so simple. VOLVO PLEASE FIX.
Have lost several lane advantages due to this bug, and it throws my mental off and can mess up my whole game when it occurs.
