This bug is very easily reproducable, but it is also easily counterable. When you cast lethal venom whilst sliding, if you hold left click, you will not immediately fire out the bullets, however, a simple predict (when the lethal venom is just cast) or letting go into reholding back left click will shoot out the flurry of bullets.
This slight delay can easily get certain people killed upon trying or lose dps in a lot of fights.
