I've only experienced this with Vulkan. I get random extended framerate drops (FPS viewable in top left, went from ~80 to ~15) that usually don't clear themselves up and require a game restart, and usually occur within about 10 minutes. Presumably related, you can also see object outlines start showing up in white as I approach the Wraith.
Additionally, I had my camera stay zoomed out from my Haze ult, which I used immediately after the framerate drop started.
