When i was playing on recent patch i couldn't communicate through voice chat and text chat neither. I NEVER BEEN RESTRICTED and neither had a low prio q, and from what i remember i have never said anything inapropriate so it's impossible to have restrict. BUT i could write on chat and talk through voice chat while i was dead i have clip of that when im dead i can talk etc. and when im alive i can't do any of these.
