+1.4% stamina regeneration
Passive: on ground and air dash, regenerates users health for 2.5 seconds, giving 13 health a second. Does not stack with itself.
Cooldown is 4 seconds per use.
I am not knowledgeable about the stats in this game but I think this would be a good survival item for characters with lots of stamina. Use it to leave combat after losing the initial encounter, or to dodge while safe to get some extra health for your return. Would like to hear what people with more stat knowledge think.
