Visual Bug - Glass cannon HP calculation

18.07, the bug is still here. Also there's a little miscalculation in HP change because of Glass Cannon. Is rounding working incorrectly?
Here's the example with Bebop. It shows that Bebop is gonna have 552 HP after buying the item. But after buying it, the value is 553.
Reproduces in both training field and real matches.
