viscous visual/animations bug

2116429, was only seen by me as i was told by my friend, no idea why this happened, persisted death and consequent ult casts

i've decided to make a report since this bug makes it very hard to play due to obscured vision

i had this bug too, after a death, i think it may caused by death replay?

Had the same bug where the Goo Ball direction arrows stay on top. Happened after dying while in Goo Ball form. The arrows disappeared after the next death.

yuh looks like ive got two visual bugs at the same time since mine didnt disappear and ive had this green texture on the screen following me like a trail xD
