I accidentally replicated this in Hero Sandbox, I think it's related to the timing of casting Cube while in the Ball.

You can also mess up the camera position with this by doing it when against a wall, easily replicable as of Sep 2.

same bug when ULT is ON

you can cancel the bug by

doing ULT again + accelerate a bit then Cancel the ULT.

I experienced the same, not sure of the exact cause. After ulting again the camera successfully returned to correct angle when the second ult expired
