viscous ult messes up fov for other heroes in sandbox

was playing around in sandbox and i used viscous's ult then changed to another hero and my fov was still messed up and wasn't fixed on other heroes,
except some abilities like Dynamo's Quantum Entanglement seems to fix this issue by simply just using the ability once.

+ the goo sound from the ult never goes away
