Viscous not able to cube self while in ball form any more?

You definitely used to be able to cube yourself while in ball form, and I didn't see anything in the patch notes about it changing.

You're forgetting the fact that goo ball's T3 is what lets viscous use abilities during his ultimate. He can't use abilities during his ball until he unlocks his ultimate's T3. I just tested it to make sure, and yeah he can still cube in ball form while he has his ult's T3.
