this doesn't feel intended, usually the goo ball either bounces or goes over small bumps such as the ones at the yellow lane bridge buff. Other guardrails(?) such as the ones near secret shops, the middle part of yellow lane bridge buff, and the lil gates in the garden all work as normal: the ball bounces.
