Viscous - Goo Ball is unable to hit players consistently after stunning an enemy and landing another hit soon after.

Build 5259 (Sept 11th Patch)

After the nerf to Viscous' Goo Ball's stun from 1s to 0.75s, the impact against players feels slightly off compared to how it was pre-patch.
I had a bit of a look in the sandbox, and it seems like Goo Ball doesn't hit enemies as often as it did. Players seem to be immune to being hit a 2nd time for 1s (old stun length) instead of 0.75s, which feels a bit rough for situations like in the video below, or for impacts against outdoor walls:

If this is the case, please give the funny green man a boost and have the i-frames match the stun, thanks :)
