he can't all ability use is disabled during heavy melee.

Just sat around in testing for 5 minutes trying to figure out if he could with abilities

The dash anim cancel you can do during puddle punch, isn't a heavy cancel, it's just dashing during the puddle punch anim. So it's definitely not that.


All characters can still cancel but not with abilities. Activating fleet-foot interrupts the heavy animation. But that isn't character specific.
