If your ball as viscous and hit a hero target, that target can't be shot with the gun afterwards. Not consistently at least. Headshots doesn't work.
Tested in sandbox on the default targets, and spawned in infernus targets.
1. Spawn target
2. Shoot 2 shots in their head.
3. Use ability 4 and run them over
4. Turn around and try and shoot their head again.
