If you don't use the extra clip on Vindicta while 'Flight' is active, you still have it when the 'Flight' is over, until you reload.
For example you have 33 clip, you activate 'Flight', you now have 44 clip. You don't shoot or you get stunned off the air, you still have 44 clip and the HUD shows 44/33 clip. If you reload, it will go back to 33/33
