Vindicta ult laggy and fps drop

when using Vindicta's ult, the scope drops my frames from avg 150 to 30 and renders as if it were actually 10 fps, its extremely laggy an unusable.

GPU: 6650xt
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X

quick update, just went back in game, swapped some settings and now its fixed, I undid the settings and could no recreate the issue. I will see if it happens again next launch and game.

EDIT:
went back ingame and issue persisted in a match, doing the same settings changes had no effect.
