Vindicta Ult cooldown when stolen on Sinclair bugged

Vindicta stolen ult on sinclair will often have a random number of charges at times, from having all stacks to only 1 on ult steal. It seems that the first time you steal Vindicta ult it functions by effectively only stealing one charge, and then afterwards the ult's cooldown will run in the background, therefore making it normal again.

Howd you expect it to work? always steal all charges or smth?

yeah the first steal starts the cool down for the rest of the charges so it acts fine after the first one but if you never copied it and copy it later in the game you only get one if you have rapid re-charge.
