Vindicta ult autoshooting bug with 100% repeatability

I've noticed this bug after the patch on November 7th, I thought I was crazy and after saving many repays of this occurrence I've been able to replicate it. Using your ult and firing a shot then un-scoping and then spamming your ult again will cause the next shot to fire instantly. You can test this in sandbox and it will work 100% of the time.
