Vindicta not kicked for AFK but I am

Had a game where our Vindicta was AFK for 20 minutes or so and never got kicked, I then figured it would be fine to afk shortly to tend to a small emergency and found out I got kicked and received a 2 hour ban. Why did this happen? Match ID: 78614513
