Despite the tooltip claiming you get "+50 base Ammo while flying" (keyword WHILE flying) you get to keep the ammo (if you started Flight without being at maximum ammo) after you stop flying. Effectively making Flight be an instant reload of half of your clip. Additionally, if you have any ammo left over the max after Flight has ended you are able to fire an extra bullet that doesn't subtract from your standard ammo amount.
