First of all, this is the match ID: 62863287 (go to the last death of me as Vindicta)
So I managed to tether Apollo when he was activating his ult and once he dashed he got stuck from my ability, which looked really bad, but once my ability wore off, he suddenly dashed again and killed me as a result. Its intertaction does not look intentional at all and would love for the devs to take a look at it. EIther let his ult ignore the tether or let the tether actually hold him off.
