[Video settings] Reverted after the last update

Video settings that were set to Basic settings prior to the last update (2024-08-15) got reverted to Advanced settings.

video settings are not saving after exiting the game, I have to update the resolution/graphics each time. I am closing out of the client normally, not ending the process and not crashing.

EDIT: this seems to only occur when vulkan is selected as the rendering
