(Video) 'Cancel Ability Key' set to 'Ability Key' cancels abilities too quickly after casting. Needs a cancellation delay slider.

Issue most noticeable with ultimates for Dynamo and/or Kelvin. It would be nice to have a slider that sets a delay for when an ability is able to be cancelled using the same key after casting. 0.5 second delay or something.

I would really love this. It's SUCH A BUMMER to cancel something like Abrams' dash because you were stunned, tapping the key to try and cast it when you're not stunned, and then you cast + cancel instantaneously.

Also a bummer to cancel:
- Kelvin ice path
- Kelvin dome
- Haze ult
- Dynamo ult

Specifically, the concept is called "debouncing" an interaction.
