[Vicous] Unable to double jump as Goo Ball when launched into air by Puddle Punch

Discovered in training mode.

When using the fully upgraded Goo Ball ability, Viscous is unable to double jump when launched into the air by his own Puddle Punch ability. This does not seem to occur if you are already airborne when hit with Puddle Punch, only when launched into air by it.

Strangely this bug is not 100% consistent. I am rarely able to double jump under the stated conditions but am unable to determine what the deciding factor in that is.
