Venators knockback and stuck outside main map glitch (unstuck does not work)

I was just playing a game, and a venator came into one of the side areas and used his shotgun on me. cool, anyways he knocked me through the map. that's fine, there is an unstuck button, except, I fell into one of those underground areas for rem, and because I was technically in the map, unstick didn't do anything, I just was stuck there until the same venator like 10 minutes later killed me through the hole by one of the underground shops using his grenade. It was funny honestly, but it did totally get stale after 10 minutes and cost us the match since you know they were basically down a player. I didn't record it, but I'm sure it will be saved in the match feeds.
