My mistake for putting it in gameplay feedback instead of bug reports. Venator's still got some Headless Horseman vibes going on here. Only occurred in replays. I still haven't checked if it's gone when restarting the replay.

Started a different replay, his head is still missing. I'm not well-versed, but I think it's an issue related with the model.
