Venator's gutshot doesn't push back Apollo during his 3

I think there's a bug, Venator's gutshot is to push people away, but it doesn't work against Apollo's Flawless Advance. I think there's a bug? I've been playing a game and Venator's gutshot doesn't push Apollo away.

Hi, I recently commented on something similar with haze's sleep dager.

During his flawless advance it seems like he cannot be interrupted during it. Don't know if this is intentional or not.
