Venator Quick Silver Reload - permanent 2DPS (hideout/practice range only)

Buy Quicksilver Reload, imbue on 1 (grenade). shoot a few bullets, then hit an enemy with the 1. They take permanent 2 spirit damage (sometimes showing 3, so floating point in there I guess?) that will not end until they die or debuff remove.

are you talking about the burn inflicted by the grenade?

this seems to be only a hideout and practice range issue. just tried it in a standard match and not happening.
