Shield Recharge Delay Reduction will be introduced as a new stat. It decreases the time it takes to recharge both of your shields. This reduction will not be linear, 100% Reduction is half the time, 200% is a third, etc. This means that it can stack additively without a problem.
Wicked Ward also plays with Shield Recharge. Taking damage no longer resets the timer to recharge your shields, nor does it interrupt the regen when you are recharging and take damage. Obviously, the amount of regen will be limited to your maximum shields, as doing otherwise will just lead to infinite recovery.
