Veil Walker Change

I feel like the current veil walker isn't worth for its price point and the way I would change it is have a 1200 pre req item where it gives a small amount of both shield types like 150 of each and 2hp regen and keep veil walker in t3 and change it to give more shields like 250 of each and drop the ammo to 10% and weapon dmg to 5% or move it to t4 and give it 400 of each with the same 12% ammo and 6% dmg

Edit i forgot to say the first 1200 version wouldnt have the refresh its just some shields for early game
