Veil Walker Bug

Veil Walker appears to be providing more shield than intended if you have combat barrier and enter a veil with 0 bullet shield. This does not work if you enter the veil with more than 0 shield. Veil Walker + Combat Barrier should be giving me 500 bullet shield, but this bug is giving me 700

On further testing, this works with any items that give additional bullet or spirit armor. With every armor item, you can get over 1500 bullet/spirit armor when you should only have about 850
