Subtitles is special trigger item, that can be found only in the sandbox. Upon picking up, disappears permanently and adds "Japaneese mode" checkmark to options.
Enabling "Japaneese mode" would make all characters speak Japaneese (Preferably same voice actors, to make it sound like cheap ripoff) with english subtitles, except Kaori, who'll start speaking fluent english.
