Valve can you make a sandbox mode where there isn't any minions or towers and where you can use ziplines regardless of what team you're playing.

I'm trying to practice movements on the full map in custom games but it's annoying when the base or towers are getting pushed in constantly. Games are usually over in 10-15 minutes by the minions. Also those voicelines while practicing are getting on my nerves when it's my 100th time trying to get that ledge jump correct.

FYI map_street_test is completely black for me. And dl_streets is in RBG colors...
 
Ok so I found the solution. Clearing your cache in steam settings then verifying intergity of the game files will work. You can then use map_dl_streets with all the cheats and ai_setenable 0 will give you the game without minions :)))

I'm leaving this in here so that people with similar problems can find the solution.

What cache did you clear the download cache? i tried this and didnt fix when i have been having same issue for weeks

apparently you can also clear the map cache in the file sections of the game. but i dont know how to do that
