Using Kelvin's ultimate on Sinclair fully locks him out of using his ultimate for the rest of the game

After stealing and using Kelvin's Frozen Shelter ultimate, you'll be stuck with his remove shelter secondary button for the rest of the game, pressing 4 or dying doesn't fix this, resulting in you being fully locked out of Sinclair's ultimate.

Looks like I'm not the only one to report this but here's the video footage, the rest of the game just has the bugged ultimate.

Happened to me too. Disconnecting also did not fix it.
