hello admin,
we discovered that sometimes the game is stuttering when runnign in circles.
This stuttering is more apparent when using fps_max 61 (any number works)

VIDEO:
fps_max 61 (shows stutters)
Then switches to fps_max 1111111111 (shows no stutters)
looks like even at fps_max 200 the stuttering happers occasionally, depending on the scene.
But to replicate the effect fps_max 61 is easy.
1. fps_max 61
2. run in circle around test dumby
3. rotate camera keepign the test dumby centered
4. notice occasional stuttering
amd 5800x3d
amd 7800xt
