Seems like having urn radar is a nice perk, but kind of busted to have it without a tradeoff, especially for the winning team. I think having it as a 1250$ vitality item would give it that appropriate risk/reward factor. If a team wants to know the urn runner's location, someone will have to burn an item slot and communicate with their team, or solo block, but then gets rewarded for it with a payout potentially equal to a tier 4 item. Of course, the item itself will probably need to be bad so that spending 1250 souls and using an item slot keeps it risky and unwanted outside of urn runs. Maybe just like a small HP boost and a tiny sprint buff to appropriately chase urn runners. Thoughts?
