Urn radar as an item.

Seems like having urn radar is a nice perk, but kind of busted to have it without a tradeoff, especially for the winning team. I think having it as a 1250$ vitality item would give it that appropriate risk/reward factor. If a team wants to know the urn runner's location, someone will have to burn an item slot and communicate with their team, or solo block, but then gets rewarded for it with a payout potentially equal to a tier 4 item. Of course, the item itself will probably need to be bad so that spending 1250 souls and using an item slot keeps it risky and unwanted outside of urn runs. Maybe just like a small HP boost and a tiny sprint buff to appropriately chase urn runners. Thoughts?
 
I don't think it should be an item either. Though not because I think the visibility of the Urn is too strong, but because I think balancing when the runner is visible might be more interesting, e.g. only be visible when you are above ground/you have nothing/something above you/every 5-10 seconds be visible for 1 second. It is also not helpful for the team that is behind to hide a helpful feature behind a soul cost when that would have been better used to pay for some other impactful items.

If it should be an item, I think sacrificing the slot can already be plenty detrimental, so going with a 500 souls item would be enough, so that also the losing team can afford the item with little impact.
