Instead of having someone hold the Urn why not turn it into a moveable payload?
When the Urn spawns it also spawns with a group of minions that carry/guard it.
Depending on how many people are near it, the faster it moves to the end point.
If the enemy is able to kill off all the guards, the payload switches and spawns new minions.
Why make these changes?
1. Making it its own moveable payload allows it so both teams don't lose a player when the urn fight happens, both sides have a equal chance during the urn fight.
2. Having minions that move urn gives more incentive to push since you get souls for killing the minions and gives the team who controls the urn a bit of defense/time since the enemy team would have to fight off minions before taking control.
3. This still gives players the choice to leave their lane and help move the urn or stay in lane but no matter what, when the payload reaches their lane they can still contribute. Urn fights would also be spread more frequent during its journey rather than at the End-Point where the enemy team camps and every fight is just a death ball match.
Note: I made another thread about flying entities and had the idea that this payload can also be flying or grounded.
I've added 2 photos to give visuals of what I'm thinking about
One is a palanquin and the other is a small war balloon.
