Has happened to me a couple times, i attempted to drop the urn at the top of the stairs and then join the fight, you can see the animation happen. I'm still silenced and can't attack, the game thinks i still have the urn, then about 5-10 seconds after i initially dropped it, the urn is no longer on me and teleports to the spot i attempted to drop it at.
